Bill's Coaching Options

Technique Analysis

Detailed breakdown of your throwing mechanics to identify areas for improvement in performance and maximum distance.

Bill films your throws from multiple angles and breaks down every phase of the movement: approach, crossover, plant, block, and release. You'll see your mechanics side by side with elite throwers so the adjustments are visual, not abstract. Each session ends with two or three specific cues you can take to your next practice.

Best for athletes who already have a training routine and need a trained eye to spot what they can't feel themselves.

Personalized Coaching

One-on-one coaching and group training workshops designed around your schedule, fitness level, and competitive goals.

Every athlete is different. Bill builds a training plan around your body, your season, and your ambitions — not a template. Sessions can be weekly, biweekly, or built around a competition calendar. Group workshops are available for clubs and high school programs, covering everything from drill progressions to injury prevention.

Best for throwers who want consistent, progressive coaching across a season or off-season block.

Video Review

Regular speed and frame-by-frame video analysis of your throws with emphasis on correct posture and execution with actionable feedback you can apply immediately.

You film your throws, upload them, and Bill returns a timestamped breakdown within 48–72 hours. He marks key positions, draws angle overlays, and records voice notes so you hear the reasoning behind every correction. No travel, no scheduling — just focused feedback on your timeline.

Best for athletes training remotely or between in-person sessions who need regular technical feedback.

Competition Prep

Strategic preparation for meets including warm-up protocols, mental readiness, and peak performance timing.

Bill has been on the runway at every level of competition — he knows what the hour before you throw actually feels like. Prep sessions cover your warm-up sequence, how to read conditions, managing the clock between attempts, and the mental routine that keeps you locked in when it counts. Includes a written competition-day plan you can bring to every meet.

Best for athletes with a big meet on the calendar who want to arrive prepared, not hoping.
